南楼是圣母升天学院的一部分，是一栋建于2000年的三层公寓楼，配备空调。每套公寓设有两间双人卧室和两间单人卧室，共用两间浴室、一间厨房和一间客厅（无电视）。您需要自备厨房用具、餐具等。附近五分钟车程内有食品店。
校园中心附近有充足的免费停车位和许多设施，步行即可到达，还有我们的食堂（请注意，食堂可能并非一直开放）。
Meals are usually available at our Taylor Dining hall which is a 7 minute walk away. There are also restaurants off campus within a 5 minute ride. Breakfast is $8.50. Lunch and dinner are $10.00.
In summer, the campus is like a lovely park, which you can walk around and see nature at its best with beautiful trees, gardens, and walkways. Several spots have benches, where guests can relax.
There are nearby outdoor basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts usually available at no exra charge. There is also a nearby fitness center and raquetball courts at the Plourde Recreation center available for a daily fee.
There is a catholic Chapel and Library on campus nearby.
Each room has Wi-Fi availability (password required). Laundry rooms are available in each building via access card for a small additional fee. Parking is free.

Check in: from 14.00. Check out: before 12.00.
We are located aprroximately 2 miles from Interstate 290. If you arrive Monday thru Friday before 16:30, you can check in at the Conference Services office on the lower level of Alumni Hall, room 015, to get your key and instructions. After hours, check in at the Public Safety office located in the Kennedy Hall Building on the ground floor of Kennedy Hall (right next door to Alumni Hall).
Each occupant will get a key fob for the building front door and a regular key for the apartment. When Checking-Out please leave your keys with Public Safety in Kennedy Hall.
